HAND-CUT SCALLOP EDGE
Scallop Edge is a characteristic design element of Annas collections. The atelier cut each edge of the fabric by hand with scissor and finishes the seam carefully with fine stitchings along the round shapes.
HAND-SMOCKED HONEYCOMB
Smocking is an embroidery technique originally used to gather fabric so that it can stretch. The technique was developed in England and has been practised since the Middle Ages.
